If you are able to order an item, then it is in stock. On rare occasions, there may be a discrepancy in stock levels & if it is found that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know. If you are unable to order the exact quantity you would like for a particular product, please contact us by phone or email and we will advise if and when we can order more stock in for you.

Yes. You can give us an authority to leave or any other delivery instructions in the comments box at the checkout. Please note, however, that the delivery person is responsible for making the final decision about whether or not to leave a parcel.
If there is an error with your order (e.g. wrong item or incorrect quantities), please notify Naturally Safe Cosmetics immediately so that arrangements can be made to rectify the error. If the error was made by Naturally Safe Cosmetics, then any postage costs associated with returning, exchanging or re-sending products will be borne by Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Yes. All of the brands we stock are cruelty free. They do not test on animals.
As much as possible, we try to use recyclable/recycled/biodegradable materials when packing orders. We also re-use a lot of the packing materials we receive from our stock suppliers. We encourage you to re-use or recycle the packing materials you receive too wherever possible.
Yes, if your purchase is a gift for someone and you do not want a copy of the invoice included in the parcel, please let us know in the Comments box when checking out. You will still receive an email copy of your invoice for your own purposes.
