Age of Use
In order to purchase from the website, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the website with the consent of your parent or guardian who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Naturally Safe Cosmetics does not accept responsibility for purchases made by persons under the age of 18 years without parental consent.
Pricing
All product prices and shipping costs are displayed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated on the website. International shoppers can view prices in their local currency by clicking on the currency selector at the top of the web page. Any discounts, whether by dollar value of a percentage of price, apply to the Australian dollar price. Sale and discount prices are only available while stocks last – no rain-checks.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, e.g. credit card, PayPal etc.
For international orders, we will refund the Australian dollar amount received at the time the order was placed. The refund will be subject to the exchange rate applicable at the date of processing the refund by our payment provider, not the date that the order was placed. Therefore, the refund received by the customer may vary slightly from the amount originally paid due to the daily fluctuations in international currency exchange rates.
Accuracy
Product information and descriptions appearing on the website are based on the manufacturers' published information at the time of listing a product on the website. This information is subject to change and whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You should always check the product packaging for the most up-to-date information before using a product.
Product Images & Colour Cosmetics
Product images displayed on the website are intended as a guide only. Product manufacturers sometimes change or update their product packaging and/or logo. We strive to keep our product images up-to-date, but there may be occasions where the product image displayed on the website does not match the look of the product shipped to the customer but it is still the same product. Samples, in particular, may be packaged in either small sample jars or sachets for which there are no official images.
Be aware also that there are often variations in the way colours are displayed on individual computer monitors, mobile phone screens, iPads and other mobile devices. The colours shown on the website are intended as a guide only and any customer who makes a purchase does so on the understanding that colours may not appear in real life as they do on the screen.
Product Ingredients & Allergies
We endeavour to keep product ingredients listed on the website accurate and up-to-date. However, ingredients are subject to change by the manufacturer and we recommend you always check the packaging before using a product to confirm its contents.
A patch test is always recommended before you use any new product. This applies to everyone but is especially important if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Please be aware that numerous products sold in our online store contain nut oils, essential oils and other ingredients which may cause a reaction in people who are allergic to those items or who have sensitive skin - although, of course, allergies can occur anywhere, anytime and to anyone. If you do have allergies or sensitive skin, it is recommended that you check the label for listed ingredients before you use any product. If irritation, occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics cannot not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred due to an allergic reaction or as the result of any other unforeseen occurrence. We regret that we cannot offer a refund/exchange due to allergic reaction to any product/s.
Pregnant Women
Many products on the website contain essential oils and other ingredients that are not generally recommended for use by pregnant women. If you are pregnant, you should consult with your obstetrician or other health care professional before using products available on the website.
Product Performance
Claims relating to product performance and individual ingredient benefits are based on the manufacturer's published product details and may also include information that is of a general nature only and derived through Naturally Safe Cosmetics' own online research. Product performance is not guaranteed and individual results may vary.
Free Samples
Naturally Safe Cosmetics sometimes includes free product samples with orders to enable customers to experience some of our products for themselves. If you have allergies or other skin concerns, please check the product ingredients on our website before using any sample.
Product Use
Please read and follow product use instructions carefully. Products should only used for the purpose for which they are intended and in the recommended manner.
Expiry & Best Before Dates
Naturally Safe Cosmetics may discount or place items on sale that are nearing their expiry date, use by date or best before date (usually within 3 months of expiry date). This will be clearly stated in both the product name and product description and the date specified. For items where the 'best before' date has passed, customers should be aware that although these items can still be used, they may lose some of their effectiveness.
Out of Stock Items
If a product you are interested in out of stock, you can enter your email address and click on the "notify me" button located on product description page. You will be notified by email when the product is back in stock. You can also contact us by phone or email and we can advise you when that item is expected to be back in stock.
Stock Quantities
At Naturally Safe Cosmetics, we prefer to keep our products as fresh as possible. For this reason, we generally order stock in smaller quantities but more frequently. If you are unable to order a particular product in the quantity you would like, please contact us by phone or email and we will be more than happy to order in the extra stock for you. You'll find our contact details at the bottom of this web page.
Discounts & Coupon Codes
All discounts, whether in dollar terms or percentage discounts are in Australian dollars.
Any discounts offered by way of coupon code can only be applied by the customer entering the coupon code in the discount coupon box in the shopping cart or at checkout.
Only one coupon may be used per used per order - coupons cannot be combined. Coupons also cannot be combined with other offers such as free product offers, e.g. buy x and get y free, gift with purchase offers, etc.
Discount coupons only apply to products purchased. They do not apply to shipping fees.
Free shipping coupons will entitle the customer to free Standard Shipping only and any orders placed using a free shipping coupon will be sent via Standard Shipping regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The customer must enter the coupon in the coupon box before completing their purchase. Naturally Safe Cosmetics cannot apply a discount coupon retrospectively - or provide a refund for the discount amount - after the purchase has been completed.
Coupons received for signing up to our newsletter are intended for a one time only use on a customer's first order. Customers cannot use the newsletter sign-up coupon more than once.
Only One Offer/Promotion Per Order
Multiple offers may not be combined in a single transaction whether they be discounts, coupons, gift with purchase offers, free products, vouchers etc. Only one offer, discount, gift or promotion is allowed per transaction. For gift with purchase offers - the first offer for which the order qualifies will be applied and the gift added - subsequent qualifying purchases within the same order will no longer be applicable as there is only one gift with purchase per order.
Free Shipping Promotions
Storewide free shipping promotions which are held from time to time are for Australian orders only, and for standard shipping only, unless otherwise stipulated.
No Rain-checks
All offers, coupons, sales and promotions are valid until the date stipulated AND only while stocks last. There will be no rain-checks.
Reference to time
For any reference to the time of day (e.g. 10 a.m.) on this website, on social media or in newsletter communications, whether in relation to promotions, shipping times or any other time reference, the date and time zone will be Sydney, Australia, time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal or Afterpay.
Gift Certificates cannot be used after their expiry date.
Product Reviews & Consent
Product reviews are welcomed and encouraged. Only Naturally Safe Cosmetics customers can post product reviews to the website and customers attempting to post reviews will be verified by their email address. You may receive an email after your purchase asking you to review your purchases. While we prefer customers to add their name, reviews can be posted anonymously. We publish all genuine product reviews - both negative and positive. We will not publish reviews containing offensive language or incorrect information. By posting a review to our website, the reviewer acknowledges that the review becomes the property of Naturally Safe Cosmetics and the reviewer consents to their review potentially being used by Naturally Safe Cosmetics for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, email marketing and social media platforms.
Order Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
We use Australia Post to ship parcels under an eParcel shipping agreement. When creating a shipment, your mobile number (if supplied) and email address will be provided to Australia Post to facilitate the shipping process. If you have a MyPost account, Australia Post will use this information to match the parcel to your MyPost account. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to a MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. If you are not usually at home during the day to accept delivery of your parcel, you can either give an Authority to Leave (in the comments box at checkout) or make other arrangements for delivery, e.g. have your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a post office parcel locker. Parcels returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics undelivered and unclaimed will only be re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense.
It is ultimately the responsibility of the delivery person to decide whether or not it is safe to leave a parcel unattended at your premises. Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for parcels that are left at your premises by Australia Post with or without an Authority to Leave.
Risk of Loss or Damage
Once custody of products has passed from Naturally Safe Cosmetics to Australia Post for delivery, all risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

- the use of an email address or IP address located in a country that does not match the billing and/or shipping address given
- payment with a credit card issued in a country that does not match the billing and/or shipping address or a country that we do not ship to
- invalid or inaccurate customer details
If you are offended by online stores asking questions in order to prevent online fraud by dishonest customers, then do not shop at Naturally Safe Cosmetics.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics also reserves the right to suspend or withhold any customer benefits relating to promotions or rewards schemes which it deems constitute an abuse of such promotions or rewards schemes by a customer.
Termination of Access
Naturally Safe Cosmetics may terminate access to the website at any time without notice, explanation or justification.
