Organic Magnesium Bath Crystal scrub helps to relax and smooth all your muscles. Leaving you with a clear completion all over.

Possible uses include:

• For foot bath:  Use 2 tablespoons in warm water & soak for 15-20 mins,

• Body Bath: Use 4 tablespoons or more in warm water. Relax for 20 mins.

• Body scrub: wet your body with the shower and then massage the body with the scrub leave for 1 or 2 mins.
