How do you send my order to me?
If you live in Australia, we’ll send your order through Australia Post’s – Express Post Service. Outside of Australia we use Australia Post - International Parcels and Express Service.

How long will it take me to receive my order?
It should take 3 business days for your order if you live in an Australia capital city or provincial city or major town. If you live in a smaller centre it can take up to 5 days. Deliveries to remote areas can vary greatly.
For overseas deliveries, this could take up to 6 weeks, but usually a lot less, it all depends on what country your ordering from.

Will my deliveries be safe?
Naturally Safe Cosmetics use Australia Post for our deliveries. They are an excellent record of delivering parcels safely. However, if you are concerned about having deliveries left at your front door or left at the nearest Post Office, we suggest that you have the parcels delivered to your day time address.
Are all your products fresh and genuine?
Yes they are. Our ranges have shorter expiry dates than many of the major brands, and all come with a list of ingredients on the lable.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics have research a huge number of companies. What we were looking for is whether they made an effort to develop products that did not contain any petrochemicals, and where possible they use natural preservatives.
We are embarking on a new industry; there will be a massive shift in continuous improvement in the coming years. Naturally Safe Cosmetics support businesses who want a difference in the beauty industry.
Our products range from purely organic and natural, such as Mukti and Clariscent through to Emma Organics and Gaia, who use do use some chemical preservatives.
Do you have a catalogue?
No we don’t provide a printed catalogue. However, every product we have is listed on our website with photos, and full descriptions. We are constantly adding new products to our website, so it is the most up to date list of what we offer.
Do you provide samples?
We can send you samples of our products but we will charge you $10-$15 for these. Please browse our products online and decide which ones you are interested in, then contact us at info@naturallysafe.com.au or give us a call on 03 9544 3558 with the details of what you would like, including the colours.
Can you get me products that aren’t on your web site?
We are always willing to help you find the right product. If we don’t have what you need please tell us by email to info@naturallysafe.com.au and if it complies with our strict standards, we’ll see if we can find what you need.

Naturally Safe Cosmetics takes your privacy seriously. We ensure all your details remain secure, we never sell or provide your details to other people/organisations, and we only use reputable partners such as Westpac Bank our credit card payment processer. Yes, as soon as we have packed and sent your order we’ll send you an email confirming the order, what we have sent, and the Australia Post – Express Post tracking number of the shipment. You can then track your order by calling Australia Post customer service on 13 11 18.
I don’t have a credit card, can I still purchase product from Naturally Safe Cosmetics?
Yes. We accept PayPal, cheque, electronic funds transfers and money order and you can select these payment types when placing an order.
