How do you send my order to me?
If you live in Australia, we’ll send your order through Australia Post’s – Express Post Service or normal Parcel Post if your order is over 5kg. Within Australia, we have a flat rate for postage of $10, however we ship anywhere in Australia for FREE for orders over $100.
Outside of Australia we use Australia Post - International Parcels.
Due to aviation law, naturally safe cosmetics are unable to send sugar-cane ethanol perfumes via Express Post. We will send perfumes separately via road transport which will usually add 2-3 days onto delivery. We are not able to send sugar-cane ethanol perfumes overseas.

How long will it take me to receive my order?
If you place your order before 3pm EST and live within the Express Post Network next day delivery area (ie generally Victoria and Australian major cities), your order should arrive the next day. Outside these zones your order could take up to 5 days to arrive.
If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact info@naturallysafe.com.au and we will chase your order up.
International Orders
Currently we only send orders to the USA and New Zealand. We are able to send to other countries, but we will only accept orders to other destinations via phone or email and of course although we will make every effort to ensure a safe delivery, we will not be responsible for lost parcels outside of Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
We are not able to send sugar-cane ethanol perfumes overseas.
What if I have a back order?
Naturally Safe Cosmetics keep a wide range of stock and make every attempt to ensure that your order is despatched in full on the day you place it. However, occassionally we do have back orders due to products selling quicker than expected, in larger quantities or we’ve just made a mistake or forgotten to order something.
When this occurs we will contact you, by phone or email and let you know what’s on back order and how long it will take to get in. In most cases we will offer you an alternative or a refund if you don’t want to wait. You will NOT be charged any additional delivery costs for back orders. We may ask you if you would like to wait a day or 2 and receive your whole order in one go.
Will my deliveries be safe?
Naturally Safe Cosmetics use Australia Post for our deliveries. They have an excellent record of delivering parcels safely. However, if you are concerned about having deliveries left at your front door or left at the nearest Post Office, we suggest that you have the parcels delivered to your day time address.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics have selected Australia Post and therefore take the responsibility for safe delivery. If you receive your order and your products have been damaged in any way, Naturally Safe Cosmetics WILL replace the damaged item/s free of charge.
Are all your products fresh and genuine?
Yes they are. Our ranges have shorter expiry dates than many of the commercial brands, and all come with a list of ingredients on the label. Depending on the product you should have between 8 to 36 months. Please contact us if the expiry date is less than 8 months and you’ve paid full price for it. Please note as general rule, mascara's and liquid eye liners in particular should be used within 3 months of opening.
We sometimes sell items that are close to (less than 8 months) or have recently expired (no more than 1-2 months) at 40-90% off; you will find these items in our clearance section. These items have their expiry date published on the website.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics research all of the brands sold on the website. We are looking for brands that are natural, organic, not tested on animals, and are created in safe environments (ie not in the kitchen sink). We also look at a manufacturer’s ethics, philosophy and integrety. We DO NOT believe in animal testing and all brands must be able to prove that their products or ingredients are not tested on amimals. None of our brands contain petrochemical derivitives, sulphate based preservatives or parapens. They are all safe for use during pregancy.
Do you have a catalogue?
No. We don’t provide a printed catalogue. However, every product we have is listed on our website with photos, and full descriptions. We are constantly adding new products to our website, so it is the most up to date list of what we offer.
Do you provide samples?
We have a great range of sample and trial size products on sale and offer a $5 rebate for every $10 you spend on samples. We also give you a free sample with every $50 you spend per order. If you'd like to choose your samples, you can let us know by noting your prefered samples in the "Delivery Instruction/Comments" section.
Some samples are not available as a free give away, such as perfume samples and sample packs, these items are marked with an astrics (*).
Can you get me products that aren’t on your website?
We are always willing to help you find the right product. If we don’t have what you need please tell us by email to info@naturallysafe.com.au and if it complies with our strict standards, we’ll see if we can find what you need.
I’m a manufacturer of cosmetics products, would Naturally Safe Cosmetics be interested in selling my products?
Yes, if your products meet our stringent standards, such as no petrochemical, no sulphates, not tested on animals, and biodegradeable. Please contact us on info@naturallysafe.com.au
Are my details secure?
Naturally Safe Cosmetics takes your privacy seriously. We ensure all your details remain secure, we never sell or provide your details to other people/organisations, and we only use reputable partners such as Westpac Bank our credit card payment processer. Will I know when my order has been sent?
Yes, as soon as we have packed and sent your order we’ll send you an email confirming the order, what we have sent, and the Australia Post – Express Post tracking number of the shipment. You can then track your order by calling Australia Post customer service on 13 11 18. If you have not recieved your order 3 days after you've recieved your order despatch email, please call us on 03 9544 3558 or email info@naturallysafe.com.au and we will chase your order up via Australia Post.
What are my payment options?
We accept Credit Card, Bank Deposit/Money Order, Pay Pal and Cash (if you're picking your order up)
Credit Card:
We accept all credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club.
This is the easiest and safest way to pay. We use Westpac’s payment gateway to secure payment. Naturally Safe Cosmetics does not have access to your full credit card. Payment is made in real time to ensure speedy dispatch of your order. Westpac’s secure gateway provides top level security which encripted and split your credit card details the moment it leaves your computer. Please wait for your card to be processed before clicking anything - it may take a few moments, so please be patient. If your card is declined an error message will appear.
We also accept credit card payment over the phone. If you select this option we will call you generally within 12 hours of you placing your order. Of course you may call us anytime with your credit card details also.
Bank Deposit or Cheque/Money Order.
Payments made via Bank Deposit or Cheque/Money Order will take one to 5 days to process. Orders are only sent once payment in full has been received and cleared into Naturally Safe Cosmetics bank account. Our bank account details are:

If you would like to pick up your order from our premises in Clayton, Victoria, please select "pay over the phone" option and let us know when we call that you'd like to pick your order up and pay cash.
If payment, or communication from you about your payment, is not received within 5 business days of your order being placed your order may be cancelled.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can. We are generally available between 10.30am and 3pm week days to take phone orders.
If you would like some make up or cosmetic skin care advice, you are always welcome to call our professional make up artist, Sonya for personalised make up tips and colour choices. Sonya also has some experience in cosmetic skin care and may be able to help with your general skin care choices.
If you'd like a personalised service Sonya is happy to come out and see you and show you our range of make up and skin care. There is a $50 cost, but this is redeemable on purchases on the day over $100. Why not get a few friends together and have a Naturally Safe Cosmetics afternoon tea? This service is only available for customers who live in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

What do I do if I’m not happy with the product?
Naturally Safe Cosmetics offers a product satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us at info@naturallysafe.com.au if you have any issues concerning the delivery and function of the product. See our "returns policy" below for details.
Returns Policy
We are happy replace or refund for any item you receive that does not meet manufacturing standards or is faulty. We will also cover postage costs if applicable.
If you change your mind or accidentally purchased the wrong item, we can exchange the product or offer a store gift voucher. We are unable to refund postage if products were incorrectly ordered.
We list all ingredients on the website in the same order they are listed on the products themselves. We recommend you check these ingredients if you are prone to allergies, as it is always best to get it right the first time. If in doubt please call us, if we don’t know the answer we will find out and get back to us within 48 hours.
