Hands need gentle care. They should be exfoliated from time to time and moisturized regularly. Get into the habit by keeping a moisturiser handy when you are carrying out chores or daily duties.

They contain a range of essential oils and herbs that will naturally clean your teeth and keep your mouth and gums healthy.Saliva is the best solution for neutralising acids which cause decay, but with all the refined sugars in our modern diet, it needs a bit of a helping hand.
MiEssence and Riddels Creek both have very effective fluoride and sulphate free toothpastes, safe for the whole family.
We should all brush twice daily, morning and night. Abrasive toothpaste may not be as good as one would like to think. To allow saliva to facilitate the cleaning process, delay brushing for at least half an hour after food.
